The hotel is gorgeous and in a magnificent location next to the area where pigeons were nesting. Comfy bed in studio suite with an electric kettle, a mini fridge bar and a microwave. Location adjacent to LAVANTA RESIDENCE, the harbour and castle ruins and the harbour. Nearby Parea Restaurant & Bar - great place to chill out.

We had a wonderful stay at Lavanta Residence. the hotel is located in a quiet area, just a short 5-minute drive from downtown. the room we stayed in was cozy and clean, with an amazing view of the mountains. the owner of the hotel was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure all our requests were promptly taken care of. the building and rooms looked new and well-maintained. We also appreciated the convenience of having a supermarket nearby. Cons: Liked everything! 😊.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel offered a 24/7 convenience store within walking distance. The building and the rooms were well maintained and had a new appearance, which was pleasing to the eye. The elevator from the parking lot to the highest floor was very convenient, saving me from dragging my luggage up flights of stairs.

Despite the convenience of the location and the modern look of the building, the room was advertised as a studio apartment but offered no kitchen amenities. there were no plates, utensils, or cooking implements available for use, so I had to go out and buy whatever I needed.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the modern and clean building with a comfortable and spacious room that was well-equipped with a fridge and a kettle plus a nice balcony with a view of the city lights. the location was perfect, as it was in a quiet neighborhood away from the city center but still within walking distance of local shops, restaurants, and the harbor. I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who were always available even though their English was not that great.

The hotel could have improved on the breakfast, which was not filling and lacked variety. the room could have benefited from a microwave oven as there were only basic facilities available.
